My latest review is about QuizPoints. I know some of you may be like who?…

That is why I wanted to write about this online rewards site. QP is one of the oldest yet one of the least known survey and offer sites around.

But I have been a member here for 6 years now, which is why I decided this was a good time to give you the details of my experience with this site. So here it goes…

The organization that owns and operates QuizPoints.com is known as Digital Branding, LLC. This also happens to be the company running the show at the immensely popular bargain and freebie site, GoFreebies.com.

Digital Branding has won acclaim as an online media and advertising agency known for using innovative techniques to help advertisers get through to their target audience using advanced demographics, contextual, geographic, and behavioral technologies across a network of user-friendly content websites with a high degree of accuracy and scale customizability.

QP first began its journey in the year 2003. It started out as a site that helped you design quizzes before sharing them with friends and family. Members of the site were able to earn points by not only creating quizzes but also answering them.

But persistent complaints from members as to what could they do with their accumulated points, apart from the fact that the site wasn’t in a position to offer prizes and rewards since it wasn’t generating any money/displaying any ads, forced the site to undergo a revamp in 2011 and out came an internet rewards website that allowed members to earn gift cards.

Ever since its revamp, QuizPoints has rewarded its loyal members with thousands of gift cards.

QP is a site like CashCrate (don’t forget to read my recent review of CC) that basically allows you to earn money for doing simple things that you’d do anyway on the web. By simply browsing and clicking, you can earn points for performing a wide variety of tasks like taking surveys, visiting new websites, or just passing time by clicking on the web.

Every one of those activities can help you earn points. Plus, the points you earn also add up pretty fast. And once you accumulate a certain level of points, you can ask for free gift cards delivered to your doorstep directly without any charge. It’s that simple!

QP doesn’t have accreditation from the BBB (Better Business Bureau). However, the site does find mention on the official BBB site under its parent company, i.e. Digital Branding, LLC.

Sadly though, the company holds an F grade in its BBB listing. However, there is a possibility that the site might be ignorant of its rating on the BBB, which might be leading it to bypass the complaints people filed with that organization.

I say this because it turns out that the site itself hasn’t applied till now for BBB accreditation.

To start earning with QuizPoints, you must register by entering details of your email ID and password. You can sign-up here without paying anything. However, you need to be 18 years or older and possess a valid email ID. A United States residency is also a must.

Once you complete registration, you are eligible to earn points by way of taking surveys, shopping online and completing offers.

Basically, there are 3 ways in which you can earn.

Every time you perform any of the above tasks, you can earn points. Over time, once your points add up, they can be redeemed for cash and gift cards.

One thing I like here is that an offer informs you beforehand as to the number of points it is worth and the value of those points.

The Story Behind QuizPoints
